President of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association,
Santiago Levy is president of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association and a nonresident senior fellow with the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution, a nonprofit public policy organization based in Washington, DC. He was previously the deputy minister at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Mexico.
At WWGS 2019, Santiago will be the keynote speaker at the opening plenary session on Wednesday. He will talk about “integrating policy evaluation into policy design”.
